Official regulations of the RAPID campaign

Organized by Hoffman Underfloor Heating in partnership with FC Rapid Bucharest

1. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER

The campaign is organized by Hoffman Underfloor Heating (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), in partnership with Fotbal Club Rapid 1923 SA.

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The campaign runs throughout the 2025–2026 competitive season, starting on August 29, 2025, until the last home match of the season.

3. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM "A selfie with you on our team"

To participate, supporters must follow these steps:

1. Visit the stand Hoffman located at the Giulești stadium at FC Rapid matches.

2. Take a selfie in the dedicated photo area (the empty space in the campaign image).

3. Post the picture on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok with:

– recommended hashtag (optional): #SelfieWithRapid

4. Make sure the post is public and remains visible on your profile until the end of the season.

4. PRIZES

The grand prize consists of a VIP subscription for the 2026–2027 season at FC Rapid Bucharest's home matches.

5. DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER

The winner will be selected by random draw, within 10 working days of the end of the competition season.

The draw will be electronic and will only include participants who have strictly followed the rules.

Two reserves will also be drawn to replace the winner in the following situations:

– if he/she does not respond within the validation period;

– if it does not meet the eligibility conditions;

– if they refuse the prize or cannot be contacted.

6. WINNER VALIDATION

To validate, the winner must:

– keep the post active and public until the time of drawing;

– respond to the contact message within a maximum of 3 working days;

– provide contact details (full name, telephone number, email).

7. IMAGE RIGHTS

By participating, participants agree that their images and names may be used by Hoffman Underfloor Heating and FC Rapid for promotional purposes, at no additional cost.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected will be used exclusively for campaign management, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

Participation is free.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the regulations, announcing the changes on official channels.

The complete regulations are available on www.hoffman-uh.ro and at the photo booth at the stadium.

3. THE MECHANISM OF THE "Clean Sheet" CAMPAIGN

Participants register on the hoffman-uh.ro website before or during the FC Rapid match.
If FC Rapid ends the match without conceding a goal (clean sheet), the Organizer will make a
drawing of lots among eligible participants.

4. The prize

The prize consists of an official FC Rapid shirt, with autograph. The prize cannot be exchanged.

5. Designation and announcement of the winner

The winner will be chosen by random draw and announced on the official social media channels.

6. Validation

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours,

7. Data protection

GDPR legislation.

8. Final provisions

Participation in the campaign implies acceptance of these regulations. The organizer
reserves the right to modify the regulations, with public notification of participants.

3. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM "Thermal Window – Hoffman Underfloor Heating"

Campaign period:
The campaign runs during FC Rapid Bucharest's home matches. Registration
participants is possible until the start of the match.

Campaign mechanism:
If Rapid scores a goal between the 35th and 40th minutes of the match, a penalty shootout will be held.

The prize:
The prize consists of paying the winner's natural gas bill, up to a maximum limit of
1.000 lei (VAT included).
If the invoice value is less than or equal to 1.000 lei, it will be paid in full by

If the invoice value exceeds 1.000 lei, the Organizer will pay a maximum of 1.000
lei, the difference being borne by the winner.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner validation:
The winner is required to provide a valid natural gas bill, issued in the name of
or at his/her home address. The organizer reserves the right to invalidate the winner
in the case of incomplete or non-compliant documents.
The prize will be awarded within a maximum of 30 calendar days from validation.

General conditions:
Participation in the campaign is free and implies acceptance of these regulations.
If Rapid does not score in the 35–40 range, the campaign does not produce a winner.
The organizer reserves the right to modify these regulations, with public information.
