1. Coverage
We deliver throughout Romania through express courier companies and specialized carriers for bulky or palletized packages. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer, on the ground floor of the building.
2. Transportation Costs
a) Standard products (thermostats, small boxes, accessories, spare parts)
Fixed fee: 24,90 lei (VAT included) / order.
Free shipping for standard fish product orders 1000 lei.
b) Bulky/heavy products (pipes, distributors, mounting boxes, rolls >20 kg, palletized orders)
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the order.
Indicative range: 49 lei – 199 lei / order.
Free shipping for bulky product orders with a total value of over 2.500 lei.
3. Delivery Time
– Standard products: 1–3 business days.
– Bulky/palletized products: 2–5 business days (depending on carrier and area).
4. Delivery Methods
Fast courier for small and medium packages.
Specialized carriers for large packages/pallets.
Personal pickup from our warehouse (optional, by prior arrangement).
5. Order Reception
The customer is obliged to check the package/pallet upon receipt. Any damage is recorded in the courier's report and notified within max. 24 hours to office@hoffman-uh.ro.
6. Shipping-related Return Policy
The return of products is made by courier or carrier, the cost of the return being borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or erroneous deliveries.
