Return Policy

La Express Install Distribution SRL , we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you ordered, you have the right to return them under the following conditions.

General conditions for the return of products sold through the website www.hoffman-uh.ro:

The intention to return some products (one, several or all products in an order can be returned) is communicated to the supplier Express Install Distribution via email. retur@hoffman-uh.ro , within 14 calendar days of receiving the package (if the product was delivered in several installments, the return period will begin from the day you received the last product), indicating:

Order number;
date of purchase;
IBAN account for returning the payment;
the name of the bank account holder.

For the return request to be accepted, the following conditions must be met cumulatively:

the goods are in their original packaging and complete;
they have intact protective seals, are not damaged, show no signs of wear/assembly;
It is undisputed that the Goods, which are intended for a single use, have not been used.

Products that have been tampered with, those that show signs of wear, scratches, chips, knocks, mechanical/electrical shocks, products that are missing accessories and products that have been damaged due to improper use are not accepted.

Customized or special products, made according to customer requirements, are not accepted.

The return must be made with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor) and all documents with which the product was delivered.
If the products to be returned were accompanied by any gifts, these must also be returned.
Shipping costs for partial/total returns of an order are borne by the customer. Return packages without shipping paid by the customer will either be refused upon receipt or the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed by the seller to the customer for the returned product(s).
If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Defective products will be returned at no additional cost and you will receive a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.

Steps to follow for return:

Sending a notification to the address retur@hoffman-uh.ro .
The Express Install Distribution representative will send you an email confirming the processing of the return request. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, you can use any courier company operating in Romania.
Prepare the package, with all accessories, documents and inner packaging necessary for the safe transport of the products (as you received it) and you hand it over to the courier, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the package. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the 30-day period expires.
The possible situations are:

Upon verification, it is found that the products are compliant (new, without defects, accompanied by the necessary documents); the value of the products is refunded, less the cost of return shipping. The refund of money is made within 14 working days from the acceptance of the return by Express Install Distribution.
Upon verification, it is found that the products are defective/incomplete/other products than those in the notification/other situations. In these cases, you will be contacted by phone or email by the Express Install Distribution representative for resolution. In these situations (unless you later send the missing accessories/products), the return will be refused and you have the option of sending the package to the address indicated by you (for a fee) or giving up the respective products (if they are considered waste).

Consequences of return

If you choose to return the products, we will refund within 14 working days of accepting the return, the value of the compliant products, received based on the notification sent to the address retur@hoffman-uh.ro , completed and submitted within 14 calendar days (from receipt of the package by the buyer).
If you ship the products to us, we inform you that you will have to bear the cost of returning them.
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for any diminution in the value of the products resulting from their handling.
If the transaction price includes services that you have used (e.g. gift card, gift voucher), the transaction price will be adjusted accordingly, with us retaining the value of the services used.
If you paid for an order with a voucher, the discount (equal to the value of the voucher) is divided between the products in the order, directly proportional to the value of each. In the event of the return of such an order, the balance resulting from the cancellation will be reused, the balance will not be refunded.

Canceling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, you can cancel it free of charge within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. After canceling a card transaction, the issuing bank will release the blocked amount from the customer's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
From the moment the order is handed over to the courier, the product withdrawal is carried out according to the circuit described in the return procedure.
